Separate your building into different floors and areas to better distribute your employees, and keep control of the distribution of the teams in the building.
To do this, go to one of your buildings and click on Floors :
Click on "New":
Enter the capacity of the floor: Corresponds to the total capacity of employees that the floor can accommodate.
Enter the Authorized Threshold: is the percentage of occupancy that you allow in the floor at the same time.
Warning: If the gauge reaches the maximum, the declarations of arrival and the desk bookings will be blocked.
The floor has been added to your list:
Areas are used to separate a floor into several sections.
To create a new area, click on "New Area":
Enter the name of the floor and the capacity, leave Inherit or Activated:
