Implementing visitor management is easy and quick!
This documentation is separated in two parts, one part on the set-up of the application and another part on the user experience.

Step 1: Installation
For Google Wokspace
To start using Comeen visitor, you will first need to install the application on your Google Wokspace.
For Microsoft 365
To start using Comeen visitor, you will first need to install Comeen add-in for Outlook.
Step 2: Create a building
Create your different buildings. You will be able to analyse the number of visitors per building.
Step 3: Create a kiosk
Create your different Kiosks. You will be able to manage check-in and badge options and personalise the instructions sent before the visit.
